Stress balls work by creating tension when you squeeze and then allowing you to relax that tension as you control the release. Mindful, targeted muscle tension/relaxation is a proven way to quickly calm and center yourself in a chaotic environment. Making Stress Balls is a great group exercise that is fun and easy to do with kids of all ages.
Come have your kids join us to create their own soft, firm or bumpy stress ball and take it with you at the end to keep them squeezing bad moods away wherever they go!
